This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager (West Coast - WA, OR, CA, UT, NV, AZ) in the United States. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across a defined West Coast territory, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships. The Regional Sales Manager will lead virtual teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and execute account-focused sales strategies. The position emphasizes developing long-term relationships with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and delivering results through partner channels. The role offers a dynamic environment with a focus on networking and IT solutions, allowing for professional growth while contributing directly to regional revenue targets. Travel across the territory is required to engage customers and partners effectively. \n Accountabilities: Develop and execute account strategies to expand footprint within the assigned region. Lead and coordinate virtual account teams, including sales engineers, inside sales, and partner managers. Manage sales pipelines with short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting and reporting. Collaborate with partners to drive joint demand generation campaigns and account penetration plans. Conduct presentations, proposal development, and negotiations with executive stakeholders and economic buyers. Provide accurate sales forecasts and opportunity updates to management. Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers to maximize sales outcomes. Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement to ensure achievement of regional revenue goals. Requirements: 6–8 years of experience in networking and IT sales. Proven track record in executive-level selling, including CxOs, IT management, and key decision-makers. Experience driving sales through channel partners in Networking and/or Telecommunications. Strong knowledge of data networking concepts, including wireless, routing, and switching. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, and close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, changing environment. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the territory.
