  • Proven track record in sales with strong commercial experience managing multiple stakeholders, including builders’ merchants, specifiers, and contractors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, to drive engagement and sales growth.
  • A resilient and determined approach to overcoming challenges and driving business expansion.
  • Strategic thinking with a solutions-based mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and fostering growth.
  • Knowledge of procurement routes and the ability to negotiate using technical information and product specifications.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to influence and engage both internally and externally.
  • Experience/ and or knowledge of our Water Management product range would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both commercial processes and administration.
  • A customer-centric mindset, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role, with the flexibility to travel and engage with customers across the UK.
