POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies within a defined territory. This role is critical in expanding our market footprint, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the healthcare staffing sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3 to 4 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role—preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or a related B2B services environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Deep understanding of regional healthcare market trends, client needs, and compliance regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and events, as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Own and drive business development within the assigned region, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) within the region, ensuring performance KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Translate national sales strategies into regional action plans that deliver measurable outcomes and align with broader organizational goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, care homes, and other healthcare providers to understand staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass revenue and client acquisition targets for the region.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Marketing teams to align business development initiatives and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, client feedback, and market developments to senior leadership.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to healthcare staffing regulations and ethical business standards.
