We’re looking for a Regional Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role will report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, and support Sales leaders in the Americas business. You will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Sales leaders to build and execute strategies to achieve overall business objectives (and Annual Operating Plan)
  • Leading and coordinating Americas sales GTM planning, including territory planning, quota setting, and headcount management, aligned with global initiatives
  • Driving operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs
  • Delivering data-driven insights to Sales Leadership; identifying and implementing improvements in sales processes and procedures to drive sales productivity
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and lead global programs for the Americas

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 6+ years of relevant Sales Operations experience
  • Strong understanding and experience in GTM strategies, annual fiscal planning, data analysis/modelling and reporting to drive business decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, both independently and in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality results
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office/Google suite applications, Tableau and Salesforce

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the High-growth B2B Software/SaaS industry (preferably CyberSecurity)
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
