SIXT is looking for a passionate and driven Regional Performance Trainer to elevate the performance of Rental Sales Agents and Branch Managers across our SIXT network of branches. This role is central to ensuring our teams consistently deliver exceptional customer service, maximize sales opportunities, and build high-performing branch cultures. You will serve as a coach, trainer, and performance expert—empowering frontline teams to succeed and leaders to lead with impact. YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Sales & Customer Service Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment; high-commission or quota-based experience preferred.
Coaching Mindset A passion for developing others; ability to translate data into clear, actionable coaching for individuals and teams.
Regional Travel Ready Willing to travel up to 80% across the Southern region (minimal overnight travel).
Fleet & Product Knowledge Keen interest in learning about vehicle types, mobility solutions, and rental service enhancements.
Communication & Relationships Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Organized & Goal-Oriented Excellent multi-tasker with strong organizational skills and a focus on achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

Sales & Service Coaching Coach Branch Managers on how to effectively train and motivate Rental Sales Agents to deliver on sales and service KPIs.
Performance Feedback Conduct and document coaching evaluations for Rental Sales Agents and provide actionable, data-driven feedback to local and regional leadership.
Product Expertise Serve as an expert on the SIXT fleet, protection products, and add-on services to ensure all employees are confident in educating customers and optimizing their rental experience.
Branch Collaboration Hold regular meetings with Branch and Regional Managers to track progress, share insights, and implement improvement strategies.
Reporting & Tracking Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the success of training initiatives.
Customer Experience Focus Lead by example—ensuring all training aligns with SIXT’s commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
