As a Regional Sales Recruiter, you will: Recruit Sales candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met Partner with hiring managers to attract, source and evaluate candidates in Asia Pacific countries to recruit the very best talents for Fortinet Architect and execute creative recruiting strategies and manage full recruitment cycle with both candidates and hiring managers Provide strategic insights to key stakeholders on talent market insights, competitors landscape and HR recruiting processes Deliver consistently positive candidate experience Promote employer branding activities Articulate Fortinet benefits and total rewards Collaborate with HR business partners on salary proposals and offers We Are Looking For: An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities: 7 - 10 years Sales recruiting experience with proven in-house recruitment experience (preferably in Security and/or technology companies).
