POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to cover the Quebec territory. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Montreal. The role requires a self-motivated professional with a passion for face-to-face interactions, prospecting, and building strong business relationships. The successful candidate will focus on growing our market presence through extensive travel, networking and collaborating with distributors. Reporting directly to the Eastern Canadian Sales Manager in Toronto.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a tenacious attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good record and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Cold Calling: Identify and initiate contact with potential distributors within Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
  • Dealer Networking: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing distributor networks to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Face-to-Face Meetings: Conduct regular in-person sales calls to understand distributor’s needs, present solutions, and help distributors close deals.
  • Joint Calls with Distributors: Partner with distributors to perform joint calls, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies to maximize sales.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately manage sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates to ensure seamless communication and planning.
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from the field to inform strategic decisions and product development.
  • Travel: Extensive travel required throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
