Operating within an assigned Alberta region, the RSRH manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting through physician activation, and works closely with Physician Account Managers and the internal operations team to meet monthly targets. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role suited to a self-motivated sales professional with experience in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales. What you will be doing:  * Own and grow a defined Alberta region, building and managing a pipeline of physician and clinic prospects. * Execute structured outreach campaigns across rural, semi-rural, and urban clinic settings using both cold and warm prospecting strategies. * Deliver clear, compelling presentations and demonstrations of the eConsult Canada platform to physicians, specialists, clinic owners, and medical directors. * Tailor messaging to different physician audiences and practice environments, with a strong understanding of market needs and competitive context. * Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and provide regular reporting and forecasting updates. * Build referral and partnership channels through physician advocates, PCNs, AHS programs, universities, and other healthcare stakeholders. * Represent eConsult Canada at conferences, meetings, and community events across the region. * Partner with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and early physician engagement following sign-up   You have:  * You are a driven, ambitious sales professional with a true hunter mentality. You are hungry to succeed, motivated by targets, and energized by building pipeline from the ground up. You bring the persistence, * discipline, and credibility needed to win new business and build strong relationships with physicians, clinic leaders, and healthcare stakeholders. * 2–5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in healthcare or a related sector. * A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a self-directed, field-based role. * A strong hunter mindset, with the drive and resilience to build pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. * Comfort managing a structured sales process across a large region using CRM tools and disciplined pipeline practices. * Experience working with physicians, clinic operators, or other regulated healthcare professionals is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with Alberta’s primary care landscape is an asset. * Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region; a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required. * Post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.   The salary for this position falls within a defined range and will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
