Location: Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco) – On Site / Field-Based

At Natural Solutions, we’re reimagining how commercial landscape materials are installed. Using blower truck technology and highly trained field crews, we deliver efficient, high-quality mulch and soil installation services for HOAs, CDDs, commercial properties, schools, and municipalities.
We’ve built our reputation in Wisconsin, but are now expanding into Florida with a permanent location. This is more than just a sales job—it’s an opportunity to establish and grow a market that will define the future of our company.
Why This Role is Unique
We’re looking for a polished, driven, and entrepreneurial Sales Leader who can break open the Tampa Bay market. You’ll be the face of our Florida division—developing relationships, winning direct contracts, and helping shape a permanent presence in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with property managers, HOAs, CDDs, municipalities, and large landscape contractors
  • Conduct site walks, gather specs, and assist in preparing quotes
  • Build a strong local sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and jobsite visits
  • Negotiate and close contracts for commercial mulch and soil installation services
  • Collaborate with our Wisconsin-based operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Represent Natural Solutions with professionalism and long-term relationship building

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (required)
  • Proven success in new business development or territory growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and highly motivated
  • Experience in commercial services (landscape, facilities, construction, property management, etc.) is helpful but not required
  • Must be willing to exhaust all sales tactics including cold calling, participate in trade shows and industry events, and present formal presentations to prospective clients when necessary
  • Capable of understanding and preserving financial KPIs (gross margin, net profit, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $55,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission – first year OTE $100,000+
