ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for sales and travel? As a Sales Representative, you’ll grow customer accounts, drive sales, and showcase our exciting product lines across London Ice Cream Company, Parlour 269, and Country Boy Ice Cream. You’ll be on the road, connecting with customers, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with our team to achieve company goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with seasonal and year-round customers
· Promote and sell products from London Ice Cream Company, Parlour 269, and Country Boy Ice Cream to meet and exceed sales targets
· Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas for promotions
· Provide feedback on customer engagement, product performance, and market insights
· Assist in staff coordination and act as a liaison between the brands and customers
· Maintain CRM records and help enhance customer experience
