From firearms and ammunition to optics, apparel, and back-country essentials, we serve independent retailers, big-box chains, and government agencies nationwide. As demand continues to grow across Canada, we are seeking to add a high-impact sales professionals to our field team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have completed the CFSC and have your PAL (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven 3+ years experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with account management practices to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in technology sales is a plus, along with an understanding of technical sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in French are highly desirable to cater to diverse client needs.
  • A background in marketing is beneficial for effectively promoting products within the firearms and outdoor supply marketplace.
