We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Sales & Service team in Milan

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Working experience in administrative, sales and customer support functions
  • Knowledge of ERP system “SAP”
  • Experience with a CRM/Salesforce database
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)

Responsibilities
  • Support the admin team in processing service orders, spare parts, and other general administration matters
  • Interface with the Sales, Service & Finance departments in the management of incoming orders
  • Communication with appropriate departments, assisting customers and enhancing customer service
  • Support sales activities and manage the contact database, including assisting with public tenders on a national basis together with MEPA platform
  • Responsible for ensuring the company fulfils the requirements of D.Lgs. 81/08 regulations (Italian Legislative Decree dedicated to Workers’ Health & Safety)
  • Process incoming orders (e.g., for powder, spares and systems) and issue correlating internal orders and correspondence with our headquarter, EOS GmbH
  • Invoicing customers and processing payments as well as updating systems of record to ensure that accounts are current and accurate
