POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Specialist to provide sales coverage and growth support across our Cogir Senior Living communities in Arizona, Colorado, and Southern California. This is a 100% travel role with a schedule of 10 days on, 4 days off, covering communities during times of transition, leadership absence, or when additional sales support is needed to drive census growth.
In this role, you’ll step in as the community’s sales and marketing leader, working to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue goals through strategic planning, community outreach, and referral development. You’ll play a key role in creating meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Create and execute tailored marketing plans in partnership with community leaders, corporate marketing, and operations teams.
  • Manage and grow the lead database, responding promptly to inquiries and engaging prospects in real time.
  • Conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate CRM (Yardi) records, and provide timely reporting on leads, conversions, and next steps.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local referral partners and professional networks to generate qualified leads.
  • Represent the community at outreach events, networking functions, tradeshows, and other marketing opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets responsibly, including advertising, promotional items, memberships, and event costs.
  • Foster high resident satisfaction by engaging with tenants, families, and staff across the community.
