Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Responsible for selling Ultrasound Premium products and solutions in the North region. Territory Management: Build in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and customer segments, including Radiologists, Gynaecologists, and Cardiologists, CEOs, Hospital administrators. Strategic Implementation: Leverage prior experience and commercial acumen to execute company strategies and achieve sales targets. Business Acumen: Understand key business drivers and how individual contributions impact broader team and organizational goals. Decision-Making: Operate within a defined framework while exercising autonomy in decisions related to projects, product lines, and customer engagement. Problem Solving: Apply technical knowledge and analytical thinking to resolve challenges, using internal resources as needed. Individual Contribution: Act as a self-driven contributor with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Application, Service, and Operations—to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution. Desired Characteristics: Ultrasound Sales Experience: Prior experience in Ultrasound or medical imaging sales is highly preferred. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently. Program Management: Capable of documenting, planning, marketing, and executing strategic programs. Proven project management skills. Professional Discipline: High level of discipline in work habits and execution, ensuring consistency and reliability. Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required. An MBA is an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of experience in sales of medical equipment, preferably in Ultrasound Sales. Sales Acumen: Strong ability to drive new business development and effectively collaborate with channel partners.
