REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in a sales position
  • Must be comfortable with cold calls / tremendous communication skills / written verbal
  • Proficient MS Office
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Flexible personality, ability to work with different management styles
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently and be results driven
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Previous remote work experience highly desired
  • Daily travel - up to 75% of your work week will be in the field (no overnights)

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients (e.g., families, healthcare providers, institutions).
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Generate leads and prospect new customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
  • Follow up on leads, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition for clients receiving services.
  • Build trust through ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
  • Stay updated on trends in the long-term care industry, including new services, technologies, and regulations.
  • Research competitors to understand their offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to track performance and meet quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay current on industry standards, products, and services to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to clients.
  • Train clients or new sales staff on product offerings and company procedures.
