Description Expo Home Improvement is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer to lead sales training and development across multiple office locations. This role is critical to driving sales excellence, performance consistency, and revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the skills, tools, and coaching needed to succeed. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, hands-on coach, and sales professional who thrives in the field and knows how to translate strategy into performance. Training Development and Delivery Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions focused on sales process, product knowledge, and customer engagement Create and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content Lead field-based training, including running leads and demonstrating best practices Performance Analysis and Reporting Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and performance data Identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities for improvement across regions Report training outcomes, insights, and recommendations to sales leadership Travel and Regional Support Travel within assigned regions to deliver on-site training and field coaching Serve as a key training resource for regional sales teams, addressing skill gaps and performance challenges About Expo Home Improvement Expo Home Improvement, a top-rated Texas-based home remodeling company, specializes in high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and window remodels for residential customers since 2006. Requirements 5–10 years of proven success in the home improvement industry, with demonstrated high performance in direct sales roles. Prior management or leadership experience in training or developing sales teams. Experience running in-home sales presentations and closing deals at a high level. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (Tableau) is preferred. Skills and Competencies Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and coach new sales representatives to success. Strong presentation and facilitation skills for classroom, virtual, and in-field training. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance data, identify trends, and develop targeted training solutions. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training programs across a regional footprint. Proven ability to model effective sales techniques, manage performance, and drive accountability. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered. Other Requirements Must be able to travel within the region for training and field support. Comfortable conducting both individual and group coaching sessions in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the home improvement sales process and customer lifecycle. Working Conditions Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on training schedule needs. Frequent use of a computer and presentation equipment; extended periods of sitting, standing, and screen time are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlines. Frequent travel may be needed Work is performed in a professional office, training facility, and field-based settings; requires extensive use of computers, data platforms, and communication tools. High degree of collaboration and communication with internal teams. Must be able to lift and transport training materials up to 25 lbs.
