• Lead sales and product training sessions for internal teams and channel partners, tailored to meet the needs of the region.
• Work closely with the Commercial L&D Lead to align training programs with corporate objectives, ensuring consistency with global training standards while adapting for local markets.
• Conduct one-on-one, peer-to-peer coaching and deliver real-time feedback and behavioural modelling during live sales interactions (field visits and virtual coaching).
• Act as the regional expert on A-SAFE products, services, and sales techniques, providing subject matter expertise to internal teams.
• Travel extensively within the region (up to 50% of the time) to deliver in-person coaching and training sessions that maintain strong connections with teams across the region.
