REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Yumwoof is hiring full-time Regional Sales Representatives based in the United Kingdom to grow our presence in independent pet retail. If you love dogs, enjoy meeting new people, and want to help bring science-backed, anti-inflammatory dog food to more pet parents, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3+ years of retail or field sales experience, ideally in the pet, CPG, or wellness industries
  • Proven ability to open new accounts and grow a territory through relationship-building
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an independent schedule
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms)
  • Genuine love for dogs and belief in Yumwoof’s mission

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll work closely with our sales leadership to expand Yumwoof’s reach in your region by opening and nurturing independent pet retail accounts. This role is ideal for someone who’s relationship-driven, motivated by growth, and thrives on the road. You’ll represent Yumwoof at local events, in-store demos, and trade shows, helping drive brand awareness and retail success across the map.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Sales & Territory Growth:
  • Prospect and open new independent retail partners within your assigned territory
  • Execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed monthly growth targets
  • Build trusted relationships with store owners and staff through regular site visits and support
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in grooming salons, boutique retailers, and specialty pet channels
  • In-Store Engagement & Community Events
  • Support retail partners with in-store demos, promotions, and special events
  • Represent Yumwoof at local trade shows, pet expos, and community events
  • Increase brand visibility and generate new business leads through local activations
  • Identify and implement creative local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales
  • Retailer Support & Brand Training
  • Lead product training sessions to educate store staff on Yumwoof’s value and nutrition philosophy
  • Serve as the main point of contact for retail accounts, resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with retail partners
  • Gather and relay feedback from the field to help improve products and campaigns
  • Reporting & Market Insights
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits, openings, and performance metrics using internal tools
  • Share regional trends, competitor insights, and strategic ideas with the broader sales team
  • Surface opportunities and challenges to inform Yumwoof’s national sales strategy
