Job Description Reporting to the global Head of Corporate Security for AUMOVIO, the Regional Security Manager (RSM) for the Asia Pacific holds the leading role in the region for securing personnel, assets, operational continuity and reputation of AUMOVIO. The RSM for the Asia Pacific APAC leads and serves all countries and locations within which AUMOVIO has a presence in the region on all security matters. The Asia Pacific RSM has ownership over robust and comprehensive security strategies for the region and is overall responsible for developing, executing, managing and continuously improving security approaches, programs, projects and operations for innovative and effective security risk management as well as enhanced efficiencies from economies of scale and resource optimization to meet business objectives and future forward readiness of AUMOVIO. Main responsibilities are: · Strategic leadership, tactical management and operational delivery of security risk management disciplines including but not limited to the following: · Proactive security risk landscape monitoring, assessment, mitigation and management · Physical security of sites/assets, persons and operations · Protection of persons for threat management, including close/executive protection · Travel security, including risk and notification platforms, advisory and assistance, journey management and evacuations/repatriations · Security/threat incident and response · Emergency and crisis management under the business resilience umbrella · Supply chain security · Event security · Trainings and exercises · Special projects, including communities leadership and management, change management and organizational transformation · Any other security and resilience related programs and activities Qualifications · Academic Degree (BA, MBA, MSc, PhD) in Risk and/or Security Management, Emergency/Crisis Management or completed specialized training in police, military, or non-police hazard prevention, · One or more of the following certificates: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), ATAP Certified Threat Manager (CTM), · At least 7 years of proven professional experience in Corporate Security (mandatory) in an international company, · Expertise in Risk Management, Crisis & Emergency Management, Threat Management, Physical Security, · Excellent leadership skills, · Fluent English language skills (in spoken and written), · Additional language skills preferred, · solid MS Office skills, · Excellent communication skills and strong team player mentality; and · Intercultural competence.
