DP World is looking for a Regional Senior Manager Supply Chain Engineering to develop end-to-end Control Tower solutions for logistics customers, leveraging advanced supply chain visibility, data analytics, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and business growth. This involves assessing the current state across People, Process, and Technology, and defining and standardizing DP World’s Control Tower solutions.
This role requires close alignment and collaboration with other DP World entities including those already offering Control Tower solutions, the Commercial Business Development team and the IT (Cargoes) Development team in India to ensure seamless integration, innovation, and standardization of solutions.
The Senior Manager is experienced in leading cross-functional teams, conducting analysis, providing recommendations and guidance towards the delivery of strategic multiple large-scale supply chain solutions projects. Expected to work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions to optimise their supply chains. Manages and balance the requirements between business objectives and project requirements. Recognize trends, patterns, or themes in complex data, and leverages experience to solve complex problems. Understands the importance of project governance, stakeholder management, commercial models, and managing project teams.
