About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development, design, and delivery of end‑to‑end Industrial & Automotive supply chain solutions across Europe. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, engage directly with customers, and help integrate DP World’s capabilities to create optimized, scalable, and innovative logistics solutions. Your expertise will guide large‑scale project delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and support our regional growth strategy. How You Will Contribute Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and support business objectives. Lead cross‑functional teams in designing and executing Industrial & Automotive logistics solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VP and C‑suite decision-makers. Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization. Oversee end‑to‑end logistics processes, including transport, warehousing, and goods handling. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, using appropriate Industrial sector terminology. Assess and mitigate risks related to product handling, including environmental, insurance, and liability considerations. Navigate global trade compliance requirements, including import/export rules, tariffs, and customs procedures. Provide subject-matter expertise across one or more verticals (Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Metals/Mining, Power Management, Heavy Machinery, Renewables, HVAC, Disposal & Recycling). Support pipeline management by evaluating solution leads and qualifying opportunities. Oversee project delivery standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution. Report on and lead large-scale supply chain projects, driving organizational value and integration. Apply strong consulting and analytical methods to solve complex challenges and recognize emerging trends. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 8–12 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with specific expertise in the Industrial and/or Automotive sector. Strong understanding of Industrial/Automotive value chains, standards, and compliance requirements. Experience in one or more segments such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Metals/Mining, Power Management, Renewables, Heavy Machinery, HVAC, or Recycling. Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical and senior stakeholders. Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving multi-stakeholder projects. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with supply chain systems such as Log‑Hub, WMS, or TMS. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to tailor value-creating solutions to specific client needs. #LI-SD2
