Job Description & Requirements

• Assist with regional mechanical engineering matters
• Plan and schedule projects to ensure timely execution
• Manage and monitor construction projects to ensure alignment with target schedules
• Handle mechanical design works and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors
• Prepare progress claims, material submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Forecast potential project issues and implement measures to mitigate risks
• Supervise site activities and liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow
• Liaise with suppliers for the procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist in the settlement of project final accounts, including variation orders.
