POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Senior Vice President for Operations is responsible for all aspects of the strategic procurement and successful delivery of projects per region and the sustainable growth of his/her operational team through the effective application of our Kaufman Lynn vision, mission, and core values.

  • Actively supports KL spirit
  • Ensure that jobsites are safe, clean and respectful of the surrounding communities and comply with environmental regulations
  • Participates, in a leadership capacity, in community-based organizations, boards and associations to enhance our position and image
  • Participates in the development and execution of the strategic plan
  • Takes responsibility in the development and execution of the Regional SVP’s annual business plan
  • Participates in the development and execution of this specific business unit’s plan
  • Acts as a sounding board for ideas from the Ops Team and CE

The achievement of the projected annual operating profit of his/her business unit as compared with the targets set forth in the yearly business plan is critical for the ultimate realization of the Regional SVP role. Overall, the Regional SVP must deliver:

  • The accomplishment of the operational goals and objectives as set forth in the annual business plan
  • Deliver on personal/professional goals, if any, established jointly with the Division President during annual performance reviews
  • Achieve best in class leadership qualities, professionalism, and general effectiveness displayed in fulfilling the responsibilities and duties set forth in the eight (8) Regional SVPs minimum requirements sections.
