Job Requirements Reporting to Manager – Customer Service (Jewellery) 1. Scope of the role  Drive Customer service deliverables across the jewelry network of (city) territory / region and expanding service access in line with all boutique’s (product sales coverage) 2.Job Profile  Servicing of after sales products – ensuring repair / modification quality, on time service, lead time reduction, cost reduction  Responsible for regional stores service TAT, Quality, Revenue and initiatives  Ensure Vendor lead time, Payment and on time material reconciliation  Co-ordination with internal supply departments such as commercial systems, technical services in day-to- day execution and improvement areas  Analyzing & providing feedback to mfg on factory defects for preventive action  Managing day-to-day RSC operations and inventory management  Implementation of lean principles in service cells  3.Key Deliverables  On time customer service and quality of product / qty serviced  Service access in line with all boutiques (product sales coverage)  SLA alignment 4. Right Person  Any Graduate /Diploma with 3-5 years experience in jewellery industry, preferably in Studded Jewellery manufacturing / Inspection areas. Certification / experience in gemology will be added advantage  System knowledge and presentation skills  Passion for Customer service  Good communication skill with proficiency in Hindi , English & Regional language
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving customer service deliverables across the jewelry network in the assigned territory, focusing on after-sales product servicing, including repair quality and timely execution. The Incharge will also manage regional store service performance metrics, vendor coordination, and day-to-day RSC operations and inventory.
