Responsibilities:
Based in BYD’s Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our Passenger Vehicle Aftersales Team. On offer is a Regional Service Manager position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- On-site inspection of service centres in the areas.
- Guiding and promoting the improvement of customer satisfaction in service centres.
- Promoting and guiding the service centres to implement company’s policies.
- Responsible for the management, assistance and guidance of customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.
