What You’ll Do: Provide leadership and oversight for maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities Recruit, coach, and develop Service Managers and maintenance team members Support communities in achieving goals related to work order completion, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and resident satisfaction Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and maintenance best practices Partner with operations teams to improve property performance and resident retention Oversee maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, inventory controls, and expense management Assist with capital improvement projects, rehabs, due diligence, and property transitions Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety programs, and risk management initiatives Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems Assist with emergency response efforts and support communities during maintenance-related challenges Why You’ll Love It Here: You'll have the opportunity to influence the performance and physical condition of multiple apartment communities.
