Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Understand and execute all contractual ad-hoc pricing agreements with customers, including establishing and delivering pricing for specific requests. Develop pricing strategies aligned with contractual terms and business needs, incorporating inputs from Product Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Sales. Manage pricing processes and metrics across all product lines, and drive process improvements in collaboration with customers and internal functions. Provide lifecycle solutions to customers through Options & Upgrades. Work closely with large cross-functional teams to ensure pricing and service alignment. Typically functions as a first-line manager of professionals or a second-line manager of a professional department, contributing to strategy and policy development. Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and market dynamics, with awareness of competition and differentiating factors. Apply judgment and technical expertise to solve moderately complex problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions using internal and limited external sources. Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, lead small projects with moderate risk, and communicate complex or sensitive information effectively. Develop persuasion and consensus-building skills to influence stakeholders within the field. Internally slated colleague is being considered for this position. However, all qualified colleagues are encouraged to apply Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from an accredited university or college. People leader experience with ability to work with large cross functional teams. Minimum of 10 years of work experience, preferably in Services and Contract Pricing. Significant experience in managing service contracts, pricing strategies, and customer agreements. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
