This position will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs maintenance services on VENU+ products Exhibits skill in use of all types of tools, both machine and hand tools used in maintenance activities Performs installation of new equipment and carries out routine service activities either at the client site or at any other assigned locations Assists the Regional Service Manager in effective planning, budgeting, and execution of service trips Suggests effective and efficient work routines, recommending better tools to utilize and improving service delivery standards. Requires travel to client sites within the region as well as out of the region to carry out service activities. Work may be carried out in an outdoor setting Plans, manages, and carries out service trips and projects that include travel coordination, planning service trips, making travel reservations, completing trip maintenance itinerary, supervising temporary labor, customer site set up and management, and customer service Demonstrates effective communication and acts as a liaison between customers and Venu+ Complies with all Company policies and procedures Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience servicing or maintaining equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office products Mechanically inclined and oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to work independently and with little supervision Detailed oriented Exhibits a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
