Job Description The Regional Site Partnership Associate supports our Business Development team in building and expanding the network of site clients. In this role, you will Identify, build and develop relationships with healthcare providers (private practice specialty clinics, small to medium size regional health clinics). Support the Site Partnership Manager with active promotion of Milestone One brand by uncovering and acquiring new clinics to build a site network in your target US region. Ongoing cold calling, define/identify decision makers, and networking and marketing tactics will be required for the success of our site network growth. Secure meetings with qualified, prospective site clients (either remote or in person) to present MO1’s value proposition to decision makers within the clinical practice. Attend regional and national medical/pharmaceutical conferences when required Qualifications Education: College or university degree, life science is a plus. What You Need: At least 4 years of experience within the clinical trials industry. (preferred) Proven inside or field sales skills Experience working with or selling to medical institutions or physician practices or clinical sites. Previous experience in business development, building relationships with sites, clients, or as a sales representative within the healthcare or clinical trials industry. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, a team player capable of managing time efficiently and working independently. Ability to quickly learn MO1’s business strategy and deliver an comprehensive and effective message to a variety of prospective providers. Knowledge and skills: Solid understanding of the clinical trial process, requirements, and regulations Proven inside or field sales skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Effective problem solving and result oriented Ability to work in a team or independently as required. Valid category B driver’s license Proficient in various sales CRM applications, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet research.
