Regional Synergy Sales & Partnership Manager - Middle East & Africa
Location: Dubai/ Cairo/ Istanbul, Hybrid
The Job
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Synergy Sales & Partnerships Lead to join our team, focusing on Middle East and Africa markets. The primary responsibility of this role is to foster strategic alliances and partnerships within these regions to enhance ETAP’s market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the energy industry within the Middle East and Africa region.
The individual in this role will be vital in achieving the ambitious commercial synergy objectives of ETAP with Schneider Electric and AVEVA.
The position has double reporting to the ETAP Regional Territory Director and to the Global Synergy and Partner VP.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
Develop a relationship of trust and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of ETAP’s solutions in collaboration with strategic partners (Schneider Electric and AVEVA).
Sales Deployment
Work with regional teams in ETAP, Schneider Electric, and AVEVA on account platforming, joint customer visits to support opportunity creation and closing.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions.
Subject Matter Expert
Stay current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert. Be able to perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives.
Partnership Development
Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with partners, including technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Metrics and Reporting
Through regular cadence calls, track and analyze sales and partnership performance metrics within the region, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
