About the role TMS Global is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sourcing Lead to join our team in Shanghai on a permanent basis. This position will be based remotely with occasional travel required. Acting as the regional subject matter expert in procurement, this role will work as part of the Global Procurement team to develop, define, implement and ensure compliance with business-wide Procurement Strategies, Mandatory Governance, Processes, Policies and Standards. Daily responsibilities will include: Develop, define, implement and regularly review the Cluster category sourcing strategy and processes for the relevant geographies or clients. Manage the Cluster Sourcing Team, ensuring they are motivated and developed and that performance and delivery is measured and reportable. Communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels to gain commitment to the category plan. Own the supplier relationships for key suppliers. Identify continuous improvement and step-change opportunities for product and service specifications, using stakeholder and supplier networks. Run value delivery projects and competitive sourcing processes to deliver measurable cost savings through supplier negotiation and improved commercial strategies. Ensure compliance of contractual terms with suppliers including financials, SLAs and KPIs. Maintain an expert knowledge of technology developments and innovation. Review and assess supply interruption risks, taking necessary action to mitigate. About you You will be an experienced and driven professional with a proven track record in sourcing and procurement along with industry knowledge of print management and point of sale. You will be an exceptional communicator, with extensive experience of building successful relationships with the ability to influence and manage multiple priorities.
