We’re looking for a bold, committed leader to drive change for women and girls across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

You’ll lead a regional approach that uses insight, data and lived experience to break down barriers, build stronger opportunities, and get more women and girls physically active or playing sport.
We’re looking for someone who:
