Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Supplier Quality Project leader for the regional Supplier Quality team .In this role you will lead the regional objectives of Critical Supplier Robustness (CSR) , pursue technical expertise with the EDISON program in Supplier Quality , lead a Digital initiative for Robustness(CSR) for the region . The project leader will also assist with the regional PPEP robustness, SAM audit/Upgrade and Supplier improvement program. The project leader role and will look for outstanding candidates who will Shape our Future – Disrupt Ahead of the Curve and Free our energy. The candidate will support the team to achieve together, utilize digital innovation to bring efficiencies in existing processes. The role is expected to improve our supplier quality resilience in the Critical Supplier Robustness program for North America. The role is based in Monterrey and will report the NAM Supplier quality Director. Responsibilities will include the integration and coordination of the activities between the various teams within Schneider Electric to drive process improvement and discipline, and the following: Lead the delivery of CSR goals for the NAM regions Lead Process audits on critical suppliers, Lead PPEP audit process Help define roadmap and reporting requirements for NAM CSR team. This will mean owning Critical supplier component lists of GSC plants and collaborating with LOB Teams Pursue EDISON certification in Supplier quality to build the regional center of excellence. Be the regional leader of 1 digital tool for the region Enable digital integration of Tools in CSR process Lead and coach Supplier improvements projects Build critical technology competency skills for the SQ group Looking for strong leaders, highly driven individuals and must have a passion to coach and build the best team. Must have a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience working in a supply chain, quality, manufacturing environment Must be a role model for Schneider Electric leadership values – Shape our Future, Free up Energy, Build the best team, achieve together, and Use your judgement. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, or Black belt preferred Strong knowledge of Supply chain processes, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving methodologies preferred Purchasing functional knowledge, SSQM processes financial knowledge. 8+ yrs. engineering or equivalent experience, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Experience, auditing experience, knowledge of ISO and TS audits, Six Sigma Black belt or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in, IE, ME, EE, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Operations, master’s degree preferred
