Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in the high-tech or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain functions including supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with MS Office tools.
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP and TM1, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze customer demand to ensure accurate forecasting and supply planning.
  • Organize and lead forecast meetings with project managers to review and validate demand data.
  • Prepare and submit accurate demand forecasts, and maintain procurement system inputs accordingly.
  • Establish and track inventory targets for slow-moving items through consistent monitoring and action planning.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by anticipating future supply needs and synchronizing supply chain activities.
  • Track and report on Days of Supply (DOS), forecast accuracy, and inventory performance metrics.
  • Integrate supply chain data and processes across internal teams to improve demand visibility, supply coordination, and shipment tracking.
  • Process procurement and purchase order data weekly, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Maximize drop-ship opportunities according to established business rules.
  • Manage product pricing in SAP, including data entry, updates, and coordination with relevant stakeholders for price approvals or revisions.
  • Download and process weekly shipping schedules and prepare delivery schedules for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Allocate forecasted stock, additional requests, and excess inventory to regional sales companies.
  • Respond promptly to sales company enquiries regarding stock availability or additional requests.
