Where You’ll Make a Difference Ensure global Six Sigma raw material availability to meet 98% on-time customer delivery through operational buying, vendor management, and process improvement. Manage daily demand from six manufacturing plants in Georgia, including purchasing, stock replenishment, and monitoring inbound deliveries. Resolve raw material shortages promptly to maintain production continuity. Collaborate with local supply chain planners and site managers to align day-to-day planning processes. Partner with procurement and vendors to enhance delivery schedules and implement mutual process improvements. Optimize raw material availability and global inventory metrics, including inventory days, write-offs, and management of obsolete or slow-moving stock. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain efficiency and reduce operational risks. Act as the accountable representative for Taste raw material planning in cross-functional projects. Monitor and report KPIs related to material availability, vendor performance, and inventory health. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in planning and/or operational buying within a supply chain environment. Strong understanding of MRP systems and related applications for managing demand, supply, and material flow (e.g., SAP MRP). Proven ability to manage expectations and collaborate effectively in an international environment with geographically dispersed stakeholders across multiple functions.
