We’re looking for a Regional Supply Chain Leader to join our Global Engineering-To-Order Supply Chain Planning team. The position will be based in India, and will report to Global ETO, Supply Chain Planning VP. The role requires successful experience to drive our supply chain agenda within an Engineering-to-Order environment, outstanding leadership skills and interpersonal capabilities to influence the organization at all layers with strong connection to the Front-end and Business. Equally, demonstrated ability to hands-on whenever relevant will be a must to successfully manage internal and external eco-system. As a Regional Supply Chain Leader, you’ll be responsible for animating, coordinating, driving the performance and continuous progress in the plants related to Supply Chain and Logistics aspects, so as to foster growth while improving efficiency. Have an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoy operating in a changing environment, who can spot meaningful opportunities, articulate a strategy, and quickly turn this into actions. want to make an impact on performance to the customer and support our Business growth are experienced in partnering with front-end teams to anticipate market, customer demands and business trends which might impact supply chain management Have proven influential leadership capabilities with outstanding communication skills and demonstrated achievements in change management Have a passion for digitization and sustainability through analytics and visibility Are agile process driven, hardworking, lean thinking and able to adapt quickly know with a perfect balance when to hands on / hands off to manage and influence resources internal and external to the organization love coaching people and teams no matter it is about direct or indirect management What you will do: Primary Interface to Plants, Regions, Finance & Project Management Member of the region management board Coordinate the supply chain of the plants to support the growth and face supply chain disruptions and be the first escalation level to plants (Planning & Logistics related) Actively support the multiple Supply Chain transformation (digital transformation, organization, obsolete parts, rebalancing, ….) Monitor and drive the SCPL operational performance of the plants (customer service, inventory, provisions, efficiency) and define/deploy action plans with Plants SC to meet the targets. Participate to SPS Audit in ETO Plants for SCPL related cards in collaboration with SC Performance Structure, collaborate with, coach and drive plants continuous improvement initiatives to meet Schneider Production System Standards, deliver continuous progress on SCPL operational performance while improving customer experience on delivery touchpoint. Deploy standardized processes across ETO entities as per BPO/Supply & Demand planning leaders' guidance Coordination of plants on major projects for SCPL related topics In collaboration with RTD, engage as early as possible in Plants major projects on tendering and project execution kick-off to secure in advance Supply Chain optimization (quality, capacity load, rebalancing, plant technical skills/knowhow, GSC components flows, IG/OG sourcing) Act as the SPOC and coordinate new product launch for related entities with BU/LoB Responsible and accountable of the CLO optimization for projects & transactional flows going through respective plants Manage, coordinate and deploy one standard technical specifications and standard operating procedure for ETO plants as an input to transport Go2market Manage, coordinate with plants transport operational performance & technical optimization actions incl. Fill Rate and ASR/Express optimization Ensure deployment and compliance with Dangerous goods handling process Collaborate with SQLD and plants to deploy solutions Qualifications & Requirements : Master’s Degree in related field, or 10+ years’ equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain transformation, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning, supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, forecasting, downstream supply chain, order processing etc.. Engineering-To-Order Business model Understanding: Ability to translate customer business requirements in Supply Chain solutions (Solutions design) Prior experiences leading and managing Supply Chain within an Engineering to Order, Customer Project, Systems and/or services environments Global experience or prior experiences leading geographically dispersed organization Strong leadership skills and team building skills with strong ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and deliver through others Prior experience leading large transformation programs preferred Experience with Sales and tendering is an advantage Travel expectations : 50%25+ Critical and strategic thinking Great complex problem solving and Result oriented Ability to work autonomously and in remote networks Tools SC Planning Tools (Kinaxis, One MM..) Analytics and data science End-to-End Control Tower Office 365 Language Fluent English, second and third language are a plus (eg.
