Position: Regional Support Associate Location: Columbus Apartment District – Columbus, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions Who You Are: More than a year of property management experience. Collaborator with a cheerful outlook. Initiative-taking and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication. Exceptional customer service skills. Experienced in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Yardi software. Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position. What You Will Do as a Regional Support Associate: Travel to and work onsite at assigned regional communities, floating between locations to provide office support and coverage as needed. Direct and coordinate community activities across designated regions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences. Provide administrative support for property operations, including lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and other site-level responsibilities. Complete payments efficiently and accurately, as per organizational guidelines. Conduct regular walks of apartments and properties to ensure optimal condition and presentation. Assist management with various tasks related to social media, resident events, owner walks, newsletters, community related tasks, and preparing owner reports.
