Description

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUPPORT MANAGER:

  • Minimum of two years recent experience as a Regional Manager of at least four elderly Nursing or Residential Care Homes
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with commitment to complete NVQ Level 5 or 7
  • OR a qualified registered nurse with active PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (including 80+ miles per day, as needed)
  • Lives within 60 minutes of the Jasmine Support Hub (NG34 7EQ)
  • Confident using technology (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUPPORT MANAGER:

  • Minimum of three years’ recent experience as a Regional Manager of at least six elderly Nursing or Residential Care Homes
  • Registered Nurse with current PIN
  • Completed NVQ Level 5 or 7
Responsibilities

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SUPPORT MANAGER:

  • Management of care home Managers
  • Development & engagement of the team
  • Care & Compliance of care homes
  • Ambassadorship (Occupancy & Recruitment)
  • P&L responsibility
