Location: Covering homes in Shropshire (SY11), North Wales (LL14, CH42, SY22), Merseyside (CH62), and Greater Manchester (M20, B20)

Salary: Competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Travel Package
Are you an accomplished multi-site leader with a proven track record in the nursing home sector? We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Regional Support Manager to provide vital leadership and operational support across our portfolio of seven care homes.
This is a key senior role for an individual with extensive experience as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager, or Clinical Services Manager, ready to take on regional responsibility for driving quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic oversight, support, and leadership to Home Managers across multiple locations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional elderly care.
* Ensure all homes achieve and maintain high-quality ratings, with full compliance against CQC (Care Quality Commission) and CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) regulations.
* Mentor, guide, and develop Home Managers and Deputy Managers, building a strong, high-performing management team.
* Conduct regular audits and quality assurance visits to monitor clinical standards, care planning, and health & safety protocols.
* Provide interim Home Manager cover and hands-on clinical leadership support during vacancies or periods of need.
* Work closely with the Operations Director to manage the financial performance, staffing, and resource allocation for each service.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with regulators, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a regional management or equivalent multi-site leadership role within the nursing home sector.
* A proven track record of managing homes to achieve CQC and/or CIW ‘Good’ or ’Outstanding’ ratings.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is essential, or you must be willing to work towards this.
* A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification with a valid NMC PIN is highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor Home Managers, Clinical Leads, and staff nurses.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical best practices, and business management within the care home sector.
* A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to all locations.
