REGIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER

• Role: Regional Support Manager
• Location: North East
• Salary: £55k to £57k
• Hours: 9-5 (Monday - Friday)

As a Regional support manager, you’ll oversee there nursing and residential homes supporting the Operations Manager and the Home Managers in the running of these services. You will also be required to step in and manage homes when cover is needed, so home management experience is essential.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a regional or operations role within a healthcare provider would be preferred
• Previous Home management experience
• Experienced in a nursing and residential home environment, you will be able to demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating, managing and developing staff.
• Proven managerial and leadership experience.
• A clear understanding of the CQC KLOE’s.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of commissioning relationships throughout health and social care. Sales is a key part of the role.
• Writing, recording and reporting skills.
• Relationship and team building skills.
