We are looking for a strong assisted living/memory care Registered Nurse with documented leadership experience in the assisted living/memory care space to serve in this rare regional nursing role supporting our Oregon communities.:

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:

• Must have a current, unencumbered RN license. Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills. Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations. Individual must be a team player, well organized, and flexible.
• Registered Nurse consulting experience for multiple assisted living/memory care facilities, with a minimum of 3 years working in geriatric nursing, including experience with medication administration, delivery systems and pharmacies.
• Two years in supervisory/management position, with experience with budgets, staff development and training.
