JOB DESCRIPTION

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

  • Implementing and monitoring regional sustainability KPIs in line with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive),
  • Ensuring full alignment with Group-level CSR reporting processes and digital tools, focusing on data collection, accuracy, and timely uploads,
  • Consolidating and reporting Regional Health & Safety (H&S) performance metrics, providing insights to both Regional Board Members and the Group,
  • Establishing and managing a legal watch framework to track sustainability-related regulations across the Europe Region,
  • Collaborating closely with country managers to ensure proactive compliance and readiness for emerging laws,
  • Supporting different departments by preparing CO2e related reports and environmental data requested by customers,
  • Collaborating with Business Development to design low-carbon solutions tailored to customer needs,
  • Responding to CSR questionnaires and take part in Code of Conducts reviews as part of customer tender bids or procurement processes,
  • Coordinating and managing the duty of vigilance process under the CS3D (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive).
  • Coordinating and accompanying social audits to identify and address human rights risks across the regional supply chain.
