Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination * Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. * Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with agency values. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and provide realistic job previews. Hiring Process Administration * Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Assist with preparing employment offers and coordinating hiring decisions with leadership and Human Resources. * Track recruitment activity and ensure hiring documentation aligns with agency policies and employment regulations.   Workforce Partnerships & Recruiting Outreach * Partner with organizational leadership and the HR Recruitment team to support workforce planning and hiring priorities. * Represent the agency at job fairs, community hiring events, and workforce partnership initiatives. * Build relationships with community organizations, workforce development partners, and educational institutions. * Support recruiting efforts throughout the Kansas City metro area with occasional travel across Missouri.   What You Bring Required * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. OR * Equivalent recruiting or talent acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. AND * Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities and recruiting pipelines * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and hiring managers * Valid MO Class E or KS Class C driver’s license Preferred * Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms * Experience participating in job fairs, workforce partnerships, or community recruitment initiatives * Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices   The Role at a Glance * Pay: Starting at approximately $26.19/hour (Non-Exempt) * Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. * Work Setting: Primarily office-based with community outreach, hiring events, and workforce partnerships across the Kansas City metro area and occasionally throughout Missouri.   Ready to Make a Difference?
