Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in mass hiring to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work. Drive Talent Acquisition in Your Region As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role in managing and executing our talent acquisition strategies across your assigned region. You will leverage your skills to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, supporting our goal to attract top-tier talent who will thrive in our company culture. Your Responsibilities Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs. Screening and Interviewing: Review and Assess resumes against job requirements and criteria. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications Coordinate and conduct interviews Sending Offers and Onboarding Send job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. Key Skills and Qualifications Experience: At least 6 months of Mass Hiring experience is a MUST. Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Customer Focus: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs in the recruitment process. Teamwork: Proven experience working collaboratively within dynamic, cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders. Technical Experience: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. English Proficiency: Fluent in English, as it's essential for clear communication and documentation. preferably B2+/C1 English level. Work Conditions: Hybrid: 2 days onsite- 3 days from home. Working hours: 4 PM - 1 AM \\ another shift: 12PM - 9PM Working Days: Monday through Friday. Location: Maadi Benefits: Attractive Financial Package Social and Medical insurance provided.
