Where You’ll Make a Difference Oversee IFF’s tax compliance across Greater Asia, including data collection, reviewing tax returns, and coordinating with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings. Manage the tax provision process for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate standards. Serve as the primary tax contact for external advisors and local tax authorities, handling audits and other tax-related inquiries. Provide strategic tax advice to business units and proactively communicate changes in tax legislation and their implications. Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and lead implementation of approved tax planning initiatives. Support the global transfer pricing team in monitoring policy adherence, executing transfer pricing processes, and ensuring local compliance. Represent the Asia region in global tax planning and M&A initiatives, contributing regional insights and expertise. Recommend enhancements to tax-related systems and internal controls to improve efficiency and compliance. Identify and mitigate tax risks, ensuring adherence to IFF’s tax governance and risk management frameworks. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly valued. 8+ years experience within a multinational business and legal or accounting firm experience. Strong understanding of Southeast Asian tax laws and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Proficient in accounting and tax software tools, with a strong grasp of digital workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. How Would You Stand Out?
