Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) operate independently of Catholic Healthcare and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Older Australians are assessed for the care and services they truly need.
What will your role look like?
As a Regional Team Leader, you will lead and develop your team to ensure high quality aged care assessments. This role looks after NSW 4 region extending from the NSW Central Coast up to the Far North Coast.
Responsibilities
Experience managing a team or providing direct mentorship to staff
Experience with My Aged Care portal and the aged care and/or community service sector.
Ability to work autonomously in a predominantly mobile team whilst maintaining a team focus
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
Commitment to excellence in customer service, both to internal and external stakeholders
Excellent planning, organising and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated knowledge of local community aged care services both funded and non-funded service providers
