We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Technical Allocator. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective allocation of concrete testing in NSW, working closely with Field Testers, internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Technical Operations Supervisor, this full-time position is based at our Granville Laboratory and operates Monday to Saturday. Our ideal candidate will be someone who resonates with our company values of Care, Collaboration and Ownership. In your new role with us, you will: Allocate daily testing schedules to company and contractor field testers in a way to optimise resources across NSW. Monitor and review customer bookings to determine testing requirements. Understanding testing requirements including, type of test, frequency of test, equipment needed and duration of job. Liaise with the Customer Service Centre in relation to new jobs, cancellations, and re-assigned jobs. This role is a great fit for you if you: Are a calm, fast‑thinking Allocator with strong negotiation skills, able to manage constant changes, prioritise workloads, and confidently coordinate tasks across multiple team members in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Have strong teamwork and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and roles. Can be flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and operational demands. Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with allocating resources in a fast paced environment. Experience within the contruction industry. Experience in concrete testing . Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, RMS specifications, and NATA requirements.
