Description

• Being a FIFA Ambassador on technical development for our Member Associations (MA).
• Manage relationships with assigned African Member Associations (number to be determined).
• Regular and constant contact with the Technical Directors of the Member Associations in Africa.
• Being aware of all programmes and services provided by the Global Football Development division (GFD).
• Act as the first point of contact for the MA for all technical development matters. Support the elaboration and follow-up of technical development plans and strategies with the MA.
• Execute the Amateur Football Environment Analysis, with presentation and follow-up of country reports in Africa.
• Assistance with the implementation of the Talent Development Scheme in the member associations of Africa and close cooperation with the High-Performance Specialists in Africa.
• Induction visits for new Technical Directors.
• Assistance in the setting-up of the structure of the technical department of a federation.
• Assistance in the recruitment of technical leaders (i.e. Technical Directors) in the federations (if requested by the MA).
• Planning, executing, and reporting of online calls and onsite visits referring to the different FIFA programmes.
• Coordinate project management activities, including workshops, site inspections, and meetings with relevant parties.
• Any other duties as advised by the Football Development Operations department and Global Football Development Division.
