Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Technical Manager to lead our local technical operations in Germany. This individual will be responsible for managing a small but highly skilled team of system, network, and database administrators. The team will closely collaborate with our Global ServiceNow Team to deliver seamless IT support for our German customers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a local team of 4–5 IT professionals, including system, network, and database administrators
  • Act as the primary liaison between the German technical team and global ServiceNow support teams
  • Ensure SLAs and performance benchmarks are met for all customer service engagements
  • Maintain compliance with German and EU IT regulations and data protection laws
  • Represent the team in regional and global technical leadership meetings
    Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team, preferably in a technical or service delivery environment
  • Solid understanding of systems administration, network architecture, and database management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in multicultural and global settings
  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work on-site at our office and travel to customer location.
  • Due to the nature of the role and regulatory requirements for this role, only candidates who are German or EU citizens can be considered.
