About this Position This role manages day‑to‑day compensation and benefits while ensuring alignment with strategic rewards and legal standards. It supports performance‑based pay, recognition, well‑being initiatives, and provides data‑driven insights and reporting for HR leadership. The position also addresses employee queries, supports key HR projects, ensures compliance, and contributes to job evaluation and role grading. What you´ll do Manage day-to-day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs Ensure programs align with company's strategic rewards framework and comply with legal standards Assist in implementing recognition and well-being programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
